Distrix created the Avér platform to work for landlords and brokerages. Avér allows the brokerage companies to add their agents to the platform as well as their rental listings. Once the listings are added to the agent’s page, they can invite applicants to apply to the property of their choice. The application and supporting documents are then sent to the broker/Landlord for review and approval.
